Arthur is a certified Medical Assistant. He is a graduate of Central Georgia Technical College. He is certified by the National Center for Competency Testing as a National Certified Medical Assistant. Arthur completed his internship in December of 2001 at Macon Occupational Medicine. He is certified by The Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) as a Certified Professional Collector (CPC). He is also a Certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT).
