The Health Promotion Program has two-phases which consist of a Health Risk Assessment and Health Education Seminars. The Health Risk Assessment (HRA) will give an overall evaluation of the employee’s health status so that we can measure their current health results with future HRA results. Our objectives with the HRA are to diagnose potential harmful health illnesses and inform the employee of their health status so that measures can be taken to prevent chronic illness. The Health Education Seminars will provide information on various diseases/illnesses and encourage the employees to practice a healthier lifestyle and disease prevention activities. A professional health care provider will conduct seminars on the following topics: Asthma Diabetes Blood Pressure Heart Disease Cancer Awareness Lung Disease Cholesterol
