    Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update at MOM

The health and safety of our employees, customers and community is always a top priority, but especially now during the current global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We are taking preventative measures to mitigate the spread of the virus as much as we can within our facilities.

We need your help to make sure MOM can continue to provide the necessary services to you and your business. Please assist us by taking note of the following requests:

    • If any of your employees feel ill or have symptoms of a cold or flu, please call us prior to directing them to our facility for any services.
    • Please do not send any of your employees to MOM if they have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19.
    • Please refrain from sending any of your employees to MOM if they have traveled outside of the country, or domestically in states such as California, New York or Washington, or have been on a cruise ship within the last 3 weeks.
    • Please refrain from sending any of your employees to MOM if they have been exposed to anyone who has traveled outside of the country, domestically in states such as California, New York or Washington, or has been on a cruise within the last 3 weeks.

Furthermore, we are asking patients who are receiving treatment or services at MOM to enter our clinical area alone.

    What about COVID-19 testing?

We are NOT set up to provide this service. If you or your employees are in need of COVID-19 testing, we recommend that you reach out to a primary care provider or to the Georgia Public Health Department for support.

As you are well aware, COVID-19 continues to be very dynamic, and we are making adjustments as needed to manage and maintain services while safeguarding the health of our employees, patients and community. This is a fluid situation with information, guidance and updates occurring daily from the CDC as well as from national and state leaders.

MOM greatly appreciates your cooperation, flexibility and understanding throughout this time of uncertainty.
