    Preventative services and Post Offer screenings are an important part of controlling excessive workers’ compensation costs. The American with Disabilities Act (ADA) does allow an employer to screen qualified applicants to determine their ability to perform essential job functions.

  • Impairment Evaluations

    According to the State of Georgia’s Workers’ Compensation Rules and Regulations, Impairment Ratings (PPD) are only to be calculated using the Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, American Medical Association, Fifth Edition.
